A new series of sessions focused on Mindfulness which will take place the last Thursday of every month! The next session will be Thursday, August 25th at 12pm!  Mindfulness is increasingly popular because many find these practices improve their health and well-being. People who try mindfulness learn techniques to manage stress. In addition, mindfulness practices help us understand our habits, and give us skills to make positive choices.
