Emily Engel, Director of Bureau of Social Care and Community Support NYS Department of Health, and Joseph Billingsley, Assistant Deputy Director, Integrated System California Department of Health Care Services

The convening will also feature a NYS panel, including presentations by Foodlink Director, Camille Verbofsky, God’s Love We Deliver Senior Director, Alissa Wassung, and The Food Pantries for the Capital District, Special Initiatives Manager, Alex Alam El Din-Meeks.
