The Fresh Food for Seniors program is here and sign up is now open!
Today and tomorrow, visit one of the participating senior centers (see list below) and sign up by paying $10. Next week, you’ll get a pre-packed food bag filled with fresh produce from regional farmers.
Access to affordable healthy food is a serious problem for New Yorkers, and I’m excited to partner with Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine to bring this program back to our community.
