Fighting to Protect SNAP in 2018 Farm Bill

The House Ag Committee is proposing drastic cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. If these changes are enacted millions of Americans would be put into risk of hunger and food insecurity. New York’s own, Representative John Faso, serves on the Ag Committee and is a proponent of the bill.  We went to tell him, in no uncertain terms, his actions will harm low income New Yorkers.
