Individuals who wish to provide comment will need to register with an “SP” in front of their name (ex: SP Jane Doe) and must email 1115waivers@health.ny.gov ๐ป๐ผ ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ป ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ฎ๐ณ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฎ, ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฐ๐ฝ๐บ ๐๐ผ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.
