This week is National School Lunch Week! Join Hunger Solutions New York by posting on social media to call for fully funding free school meals for all New York kids in the upcoming state budget.
So far this year, over 550 more schools in New York are offering free school meals to all students. Even more New York schools will become eligible to start offering free school meals this school year, but an estimated 1,000 schools are still left behind.

Feeding NYS, the American Heart Association, and Field & Fork Network have partnered to present an upcoming virtual forum on nutrition and food security policy in New York State. This forum will include a panel discussion featuring Majority Leader Crystal Peoples-Stokes, Keynote Speaker Assemblymember Jessica GonzΓ‘lez-Rojas, Assemblymember Catalina Cruz, and Senator Rachel May.
