presented by Culinary Nutrition Collaborative

We are thrilled to announce that early bird registration is NOW OPEN for the 7th Annual Culinary Nutrition Conference!

This conference serves as a bridge between nutrition science and culinary arts, empowering dietitians and health professionals to translate their nutrition expertise into real life practice in the kitchen for more impactful education.

As dietitians, most of us don’t receive culinary nutrition training as part of our dietetic education, but it’s never too late to learn or improve your skills!

Enhancing your knowledge and skills in the area of culinary nutrition opens up a wide variety of opportunities and allows you to:
• Stay on top of the latest research and trends
• Lead cooking demos or classes with confidence
• Help patients adapt recipes to suit their dietary needs and cultural preferences
• Work with your favorite brands through recipe development, blog posts, special events and more!

Not to mention bringing back fun and enthusiasm into your work!

Here are the details:
When is it taking place? June 8th & 9th

Where? It’s totally virtual, which means you can attend from anywhere. (If you’d prefer to attend an in-person event, we’re cooking something up for Fall 2024.)
All sessions will be recorded in case you can’t join live, and you’ll have access to all the recordings for 6 months to rewatch your favorite sessions or review anything you missed.

What topics will be covered?
• Gut Gold: Nourishing Your Microbiome with Prebiotics and Probiotics with Amanda Sauceda, MS, RD
• Creating Effective Nutrition Sound bites with Erin Palinski-Wade, RD, CDCES, LDN, CPT
• Ancient Grains for Modern Meals with Maria Speck
• Plant-based Diets for Diabetes Management with Diana Licalzi, MS, RD, CDCES + Exercise physiologist Jose Tejero
• Demystifying Food Additives and Novel Ingredients with Jaclyn London, MS, RD

**This conference is pending approval for 8 CEUs by the Commission on Dietetic Registration**

And for the first time, we’ve decided to add extra opportunities to connect with like-minded peers through intimate networking sessions that suit a wide variety of interests like food writing, recipe development, building & leveraging partnerships, and leading cooking demos.

You’ll be able to pick the session that’s most relevant to your area of interest when you register. Spots for each session are limited to 25 people MAX, so join early to ensure you get the session you want most and also take advantage of early bird pricing.
