Good Friday Service
March 29 – 12 PM
St. Stephen’s Episcopal in Delmar
On Good Friday, March 29, at noon, the Capital Area Council of Churches will offer an ecumenical service. Hosted by St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Delmar, representatives from various denominations will each offer a short meditation on Jesus’ last words that he spoke from the cross. The public is invited to join us for this hour-long service either in-person or via the Internet.

Scholarship Application Deadline Approaching
March 31, 2024
This year, CACC will be awarding one or more $4,000 scholarships to graduating seniors who will be attending college. Applications for the scholarship are due by March 31, 2024. Interested students can apply online or download a PDF or Word version of the application. Please make students aware of this opportunity.
Crop Walk 2024
The CROP Walk will be held on Sunday, May 5 and is being hosted by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on Hackett Blvd. in Albany. This is a change from previous years. Participating churches should identify a recruiter and contact Kitt Jackson at kitt82@verizon.net if the person is new.
The recruiter rally will be held on April 7, 2024 at 3:00PM at First Church in Albany, 110 North Pearl St. Churches that will participate in this year’s CROP Walk should identify a recruiter and let Kitt Jackson, Walk Chair, know. You can reach Kitt at kitt82@verizon.net.
